Room was spacious and had thoughtful little touches such as a white noise machine, curtain to separate the room, extra tables, etc. Full size fridge and dishwasher was very convenient. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast! 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby including decaf was great. Staff was very friendly and didn't mind us speaking English only :) No issues parking and it was just over a 15 minute drive to Old Quebec, even closer to the aquarium and shopping (Costco/Ikea etc).

We stayed during the busy holiday season and our stay was great. The rooms are extra clean very comfortable and calm. What stood out was the front desk team; very responsive all around the clock. We dealt with Oussama Benbapa, at front desk, very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. A huge shoutout!

We stayed at the Home2 Suites for a hockey weekend this weekend. The rooms were fantastic, clean and quiet. The breakfast was very nice and everything was plentiful. The pool was warm and very clean as well. The part of our hockey team stayed at the Travel Lodge down the road and it was terrible. Very rude staff, unclean, old and the kids were not allowed to play or do anything around the hotel.

It has been 6 months that I’ve been coming every week to this hotel for work, and it is simply amazing !! The hotel is super clean, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped! I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area, and this one is by farrrrrr the best! Special thank you to Khaoulla and Houde for always being so welcoming and nice :)

Location is good. The hotel is clean. Our overall experience is 10/10 because the Front Desk team make is feel at home and very welcoming. Hind went above and beyond recognizing my Hilton Honors tier upon check in. The personalized card in the room with chocolates is a great gesture of making us feel at home away from home.

Great location. Centrally located making it 30 minute trips to various attractions. There are a few restaurants near by, including a movie theatre. Free parking, pool and fitness facilities available.

Amazing experience! I looked around for different hotels and been to many and this one was no exception! I would highly recommend this hotel. It has a decent sized swimming pool and facilities. Rooms are a good size and have all appliances you need to make some food.

I’m from Montreal, so this was my first time in Quebec City. The hotel is about 3.5 hours by car, but we decided to take the train instead. From Ste-Foy train station, it’s about 15 minutes depending on traffic. Now about the hotel — it’s a really nice and clean hotel, with an international standard. The staff are bilingual, which was great. For breakfast, I would give it 4/5. The choices are a bit limited, but still just enough, with a combination of hot and cold buffet options. The swimming pool is convenient, although it is a bit small for the number of rooms and guests. They do have a decent-sized gym and a laundry room. However, it would have been better if each floor had a laundry room. I didn’t like the fact that I had to go downstairs and wait. Also, the machines should be modernized. There is no quick wash option, so I don’t know exactly how long the washing or drying cycles take. Overall, the hotel is clean and spacious, and the elevators appear to be the latest models. You need to buzz with your key card to enter, and the building itself also requires key card access for security. The hotel is surrounded by Walmart, Maxi, and Super C, so there are plenty of grocery store options nearby. There is also an arcade place for your kids about 500 meters from the hotel. For food, you have Boston Pizza, McDonald’s, and Tim Hortons, so there are many choices and everyone can find something they like. For activities, Bora Parc is about 22 minutes away, and Mega Parc is only about 9 minutes away. So the hotel is strategically located. Finally, there is free and adequate parking, which is very convenient.
